Nick is the We Sell Restaurants Franchise Partner for the North Atlanta market in Georgia. He has completed the training and testing developed by We Sell Restaurants to earn the distinction of Certified Restaurant Broker® and brings 14 years of real estate experience to his practice.Nick is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia and has spent much of his career in the private equity real estate sector with RCG Ventures/Argonne Capital, a value-add retail fund based in Atlanta. While at RCG/Argonne, Nick engaged in the sourcing and underwriting of anchored and unanchored shopping centers exceeding $500M. Additionally, Nick oversaw the disposition of sale-leaseback of Single Tenant Net Lease restaurants including IHOP, On the Border, and Krystal’s restaurants.Outside of his professional career Nick enjoys traveling with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Evelyn. He also enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and watching college football (Roll Tide!) in the fall.
