Jason Kullman, Certified Restaurant Broker® and licensed Texas real estate agent, is a seasoned multi-unit restaurant owner with a strong foundation in operations, leadership, and hospitality. A graduate with honors from Texas Tech University, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management.

Jason began his career with the respected Pappas Restaurant Group, where he spent a decade in management under the Pappadeaux brand. He went on to build and launch five fast casual restaurant units with a Texas-based national brand and has successfully owned and operated multiple locations for over 15 years.

Known for his ability to drive operational efficiency, develop high-performing teams, and create exceptional guest experiences, Jason applies a detail-oriented and people-first approach to every aspect of business ownership. He now brings that same expertise to the Frisco market as the Franchise Partner for We Sell Restaurants.

Jason’s commitment to integrity, innovation, and results makes him a trusted partner for restaurant buyers and sellers alike. His brokerage practice is rooted in service and dedicated to supporting clients through every stage of the restaurant ownership journey.
